All ticket prices for events are stated in U.S. Dollars.

We only offer online credit card transactions as our payment method currenly.
Who You Are Buying From
When you are buying concert tickets through Itslivemusic.com you are buying tickets from a third party, either an artist (means that a music performer/s, or a representative such as maneger or an agent, or a promoter, registered with Itslivemusic.com that specific music act as an “Artist”) or a venue (means that either a venue owner or a venue manager registered that specific venue with Itslivemusic.com as a “Venue”). Neither Itslivemusic.com nor Muse Nation is the ticket seller.
Pricing and Availability
Our Services let artists, venue owners and manager, and promoters, to sell tickets to their concerts through Itslivemusic.com, which means that we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are sold either on Itslivemusic.com or over the phone with our Sales Department. Itslivemusic.com does not control the tickets inventory or its availability.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
Tickets purchased on Itslivemusic.com are subject to a per order convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. There are no delivery fees applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed by the artist, venue or the promoter. If that will happen we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchased a ticket through Itslivemusic.com or over the phone with It’s Live Music’s Sales Departement, and a refund is issued, then Muse Nattion will give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket.
Muse Nation typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the artist’s or venue’s instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the artist’s or venue’s instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the artist’s or venue’s discretion. When Muse Nation issues you a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), and the convenience charge. Muse Nation will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

Delivery Options
Artist and venues which sell tickets on Itslivemusic.com offer what is called a "Will Call" Box Office, through which you can pick your tickets up right at the event prior to the show. Box office rules and hours vary. We advise you to check for special notes on your order before you submit it. In order to pick up your tickets you will be required to present (1) a valid state ID and (2) the credit card used to purchased the tickets on file with Muse Nation. The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets, or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. To find out what other types of photo ID are acceptable at the venue's Will Call, please contact the venue directly.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on the Website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: We will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of the Website or other Muse Nation operated system.
